About the role
- Lead the management of baselines and earned value management processes for the C-17 program.
- Track actions, baseline status, and train team members.
- Complete business unit integrator tasks for major baselines.
- Review all budget memos for quality and compliance.
- Engage directly with Program Management to resolve issues.
- Support the training of the team, especially new members.
- Track and assign tasks to team members, maintain workflow.
- Act as a backup to management.
- Identify issues within the team and bring forward recommended solutions.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and cost management.
- Lead the development of performance reports and variance analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience in finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Index/Match)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
