Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance (post-start)
- 1+ years of exposure to Agile development methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering experience
- Background in Mission Systems engineering development activities
- Proficiency with DevSecOps and modern Software Development practices
- Strong communication skills and a natural leadership style
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget
