About the role

  • Analyze user data: Collect and sift through data from various sources to find patterns in user behavior.
  • Conduct experiments: Plan and execute tests, such as A/B tests, to measure the usability and effectiveness of design changes based on hypotheses.
  • Define key metrics: Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product teams.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work with designers, researchers, and product managers to develop a usability roadmap.
  • Report on findings: Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of user data analysis experience
  • Proficiency using and setting up data analysis tools (Adobe Analytics and Qualtrics)
  • Understanding statistical methods, significance testing, and experimental design
  • Ability to translate user data into actionable insights and solve user-related problems
  • A foundational understanding of user experience and user interface principles
