About the role

  • Lead the management and administration of complex contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout
  • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, Boeing policies, and customer requirements
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proposal development, contract modifications, and claims
  • Provide expert guidance on contract interpretation, pricing, and performance metrics
  • Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Support audits and reviews by internal and external agencies
  • Mentor and guide junior contract specialists to enhance team capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in business related function (Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred qualification)
  • Experience with International contracts (preferred qualification)
  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts (preferred qualification)
