About the role
- Lead the management and administration of complex contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, Boeing policies, and customer requirements
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proposal development, contract modifications, and claims
- Provide expert guidance on contract interpretation, pricing, and performance metrics
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Support audits and reviews by internal and external agencies
- Mentor and guide junior contract specialists to enhance team capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
- 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts (preferred)
