Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and design for software systems
Develop and maintain code and integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Perform engineer activities including development, integration, and testing of automated hardware systems
Influence, innovate and continuously improve the engineering processes as well as the quality, safety and reliability of products and services
Collaborate proactively with customers, stakeholders, and peers to understand operational and performance expectations
Support agile project management, project estimation, and planning

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
3+ years of industry experience in aerospace or large-scale manufacturing
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
Experience leading cross-functional technical projects in complex organizations (preferred)
Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, factory operations, or industrial automation (preferred)
