About the role
- Plan and execute communications that highlight our high-tech Engineering workforce across Boeing Australia
- Support enterprise-wide Engineering Communications activities and local initiatives
- Understand milestones and execute plans to promote/protect programs
- Work across subsidiaries with Boeing engineering focals, business leaders, and external partners
- Contribute content towards our 2027 Centenary celebrations
- Create internal stories and messages, external web stories, social media posts, news releases, and videos that highlight our people, products and engineering capabilities
- Pitch reporters about our local Engineering workforce
Requirements
- More than five years’ experience in corporate communications within a large complex organisation
- Excellent writing and media skills across a range of mediums
- Communications consulting skills, including ability to coach and prepare senior executives for internal and external engagements
- Top-notch organization skills, be a self-starter and able to manage and prioritise multiple projects at one time
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Ability to travel interstate to fulfil work requirements
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
