About the role
- Provides visibility to management and customers
- Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds
- Provides status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered plans for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects
- Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management
- Resolves discrepancies
- Coordinates work off-loading and confers with ETOM to ensure timely delivery
- Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems
- Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
- Works under general direction
Requirements
- 3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/ or Tooling processes
- 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products, processes, materials and systems (preferred)
- Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream (preferred)
- Experience with ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log, CTMA, SAT, CMES, CTDM, and Redars systems (preferred)
- Continuous improvement experience (preferred)
