About the role
- Lead efforts to define and document detailed business requirements
- Learn each business unit’s logistics and transportation flows, processes, and products
- Facilitate regular requirements‑gathering and design sessions with product owners and users
- Configure the BlueYonder Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Integrate TMS with upstream and downstream systems
- Negotiate solutions that satisfy requirements and deliver business value
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute tests to validate system functionality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in the Logistics and Transportation Domain
- Experience working with TMS products
- Experience working on 2-3 TMS implementations and project rollouts
- Experience across the full TMS development lifecycle
- Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings and developing actionable conclusions and recommendations
- Experience working in Agile frameworks
