Partner with internal Boeing and military customers to define operational problems and success metrics
Perform competitor assessments across helicopter / UAS markets and deliver to business developers
Perform Capability Based Assessments (CBA) and cost effectiveness analysis
Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and Trade Studies for Design and Sub-Systems Support requirements
Perform sensitivity, scenario, and uncertainty analyses to quantify risks and tradeoffs
Perform survivability analysis
Communicate technical results and recommended actions to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations
Contribute to cross-functional projects, sharing best practices and mentoring engineers and business developers outside the group
Identify opportunities for evolutionary or revolutionary product concepts by predicting future customer requirements through operations analyses and development of high-level models associated with operational scenarios when required.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
5+ years of military operational experience as a rated rotary wing aviator
Service in an Apache attack Helicopter Battalion or Air Cavalry Squadron is desired
Experience working with engineering / integrated product teams to resolve issues and integrate solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
