responsible for the planning, execution, and timely completion of Finance deliverables
leads and supports the establishment of the project finance scope, timeline (s), and sets team priorities, objectives, and assumptions to guide planning work
responsible for reporting project schedule progress, issues, risks, and opportunities
coordinates with Finance ERP Business Unit focals, Process Integration design leads, and System Integration Leads
leads cross functional integration between finance and other workstreams
ensures project governance alignment and stage “gates” to ensure the finance workstream aligns with overall program objectives
prepares presentation materials and effectively conveys key messages to program management and senior leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in data science, accounting, finance, business management, information systems, general business or equivalent
3+ years of experience in managing complex project schedules and managing large scale program and projects
3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
3+ years of experience with SAP/Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning
3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
3+ years of experience in stakeholder management
3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
3+ years of Chang Management experience
3+ years of experience leading a team or a project
