  • Develops and cultivates relationships with service providers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers and business partners
  • Demonstrates strength in leading teams and creating streamlined solutions
  • Drives and manages organizational integration and change management
  • Partners with leaders across multiple teams to develop logistics strategy

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in Domestic and International Supply Chain Logistics
  • More than 3 years of experience working with import and export licenses and regulations
  • More than 3 years of experience with BESSy (Boeing Enterprise Shipping System)
  • More than 3 years of experience with GXO Order Manager WMS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • More than 3 years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence (preferred)
  • More than 3 years of experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes (preferred)
  • More than 1 year of experience leading teams through process and change management (preferred)
  • More than 1 year of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership (preferred)
  • More than 1 year of experience in project management (preferred)
