About the role

- Plans and executes domestic and export shipments in compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations

- Proposes changes to standardized work to improve processes
- Manages and coordinates transportation projects from inception to completion
- Investigates and performs root cause analysis on complex logistics initiatives
- Plans and facilitates new employee onboarding and mentoring
- Ensures team compliance with export regulations
- Develops and cultivates relationships with service providers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers and business partners
- Demonstrates strength in leading teams, influencing, and creating streamlined solutions
- Drives and manages organizational integration and change management
- Partners with leaders across multiple teams to develop logistics strategy to meet organizational objectives
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Domestic and International Supply Chain Logistics
- More than 3 years of experience working with import and export licenses and regulations for maintaining compliance with transportation regulations for international and domestic shipments
- More than 3 years of experience with BESSy (Boeing Enterprise Shipping System)
- More than 3 years of experience with GXO Order Manager WMS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- More than 3 years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence (preferred)
- More than 3 years of experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes: FTL, LTL, International & Domestic Air Freight, Ocean, Small Parcel (preferred)
- More than 1 year of experience leading teams through process and change management (preferred)
- More than 1 year of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership (preferred)
- More than 1 year of experience in project management (preferred)
