Develop and enhance the enterprise OT Vulnerability Management Program to deploy OT aware scanning and patching tooling across targeted OT environments such as production equipment, facilities, and labs
Lead team in response to product security threats, vulnerabilities, incidents and queries across commercial airplane platforms
Lead team in design and development of onboard security event detection mechanisms, partnering with systems engineering teams
Lead team in development and deployment of security log guidance and analysis tools to BCA customers
Manage employees developing, implementing, and sustaining product security and resiliency throughout the product requirements, design, build, test, production, operations, and support lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, product security, network security and/or cybersecurity
3+ years of experience in leading or managing technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
