About the role
- Represent Product Security Engineering and all responsibilities to the Airplane Program and project leadership team
- Define and implement PSE roles and responsibilities to deliver secure and resilient products
- Assign chief, lead engineers, and integrated teams that are accountable to you for delivering Engineering Excellence to your programs and commitments
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Deliver dependable, predictable, and consistent PSE programs and leadership, that is integrated fully across the program lifecycle
- Manage and direct engineers and analysts in developing, implementing, and sustaining product security and resiliency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
