About the role
- Plan and execute deployment schedules for MES/PDM/ERP subsystems across program sites
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet milestones and deliverables
- Define and manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes
- Facilitate requirements handoffs, integration points, acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance with data governance standards during migration
- Coordinate business change management activities: training plans, communications, user adoption strategies, and super‑user networks
- Assess organizational readiness, design go‑live support models, and produce role‑based job aids and training materials
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication across engineering, manufacturing, Information Technology (IT), and business leadership
- Report project status, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and lessons learned
- Improve deployment repeatability and reliability
- Travel to program sites as required for planning, cutover, and stabilization activities
Requirements
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5)
- 3+ years of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
- 3+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience project management for both small and large projects
- Experience in change management as it relates to culture change
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related
- Experience in data migration practices, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience using MES
- Experience with PDM
- Experience in finance or ERP system implementations
