About the role
- Lead projects and cross-functional teams to develop and mature structural analysis methods and tools for Boeing platforms.
- Perform and direct nonlinear finite element analyses and multidisciplinary studies for composite aircraft structures.
- Develop and validate FE models, novel UMAT/VUMATs, scripts, or custom analysis tools.
- Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams and with external partners to capture and manage external R&D programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis including nonlinear FEA
- Demonstrated leadership of R&D or technical teams and projects
- Experience collaborating across functional teams and with external customers/partners
- Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required for clearance)
- 5+ years relevant experience (or equivalent education + experience).
