About the role
- Work with other industry partners in the development and execution of a comprehensive assessment program supporting the C2BMC Element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System
- Evaluate systems under various scenarios and architectures to determine and/or optimize overall system mission performance
- Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
- Develop and maintain analysis tools of varied fidelity including modeling and simulation tools
- Lead efforts to solve complex missile defense problems
- Develop, select, tailor and deploy integration and test processes, tools and metrics
- Execute and document integration and test activities and events
- Develop, define efficiencies and improvements to tools to improve team productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 9+ years of work-related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or 7+ years of work-related engineering experience with a Master’s or 4+ years of work-related engineering experience with a PhD
- 3+ years of experience in system engineering (e.g. Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements or Test)
- Understanding of System Engineering and iterative product development using Agile practices.
- Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
