About the role
- Work with other C-17 Stress Analysts to qualify repairs and modifications to the C-17 aircraft
- Document and publish/release structural designs and analysis results
- Become skilled in C-17 specific Tools, Processes, and Documentation
- Supervise and train early-career team members
- Some travel may be required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ years’ experience with aircraft structural analysis
- 1+ years’ experience with finite element modeling structural analysis methods and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
