About the role
- Monitor key program progress against critical milestones and identify/implement risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare executive summary presentations, incorporating data visualization to effectively communicate insights
- Collect, organize, and analyze internal and external data to identify trends, key performance indicators
- Lead project teams in designing and implementing effective process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and integrate programs and strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage and update operational tools to enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement innovative communication techniques to engage and attract potential candidates
- Establish and maintain a structured cadence for Talent Acquisition workstreams
- Drive business priorities and perform as a trusted business partner
- Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 5+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects
- 5+ years of experience in implementing process improvement and/or strategy improvements
- 5+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources
