About the role
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements
- Create and implement candidate generation strategies
- Manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates
- Utilize recruiting tools to assist in screening and onboarding
- Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates with consistent communication
- Participate in recruiting events as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
- 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn
- 3+ years of experience collecting data and performing analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances preferred
