About the role
- Own the go-to-market strategy for an expanding portfolio of cabin modification products
- Directly influence product roadmaps, pricing, certification sequencing, and aftermarket growth
- Lead targeted market analysis and sizing for interiors modifications and adjacent cabin systems
- Build and execute prioritized GTM strategies and commercialization roadmaps
- Create compelling product collateral that converts technical specs into customer value
- Support sales with tailored pitches, ROI and business case analyses, pricing guidance
- Shape product positioning, external communications, and media engagement
- Craft sustainability messaging that quantifies fuel/weight savings
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management or commercial roles focused on aviation interiors, aircraft modifications, MRO services or closely related fields
- Experience with turning technical product attributes into clear airline value propositions and commercial offers
- Building TAM/SAM/segment models, win themes, and GTM plans for technical products
- Ability to create sales collateral, ROI models, pricing inputs, and technical training materials
