About the role

  • Support all aspects of hardware/software integration of weapons to platforms
  • Development of functional-level and detail-level hardware/software requirements in conjunction with missile/platform integrated product teams
  • Test event planning and execution for system integration lab and flight testing
  • Develop and support Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
  • Perform engineering investigations with regards to aircraft integration issues
  • Collaborate across widely varied engineering and programmatic teams
  • Track integration program budget and schedule to ensure success
  • Perform post-test data analysis on weapon interface performance and generate performance reports
  • Ensure new weapon upgrades/features successfully integrate with Aircraft Platforms through testing events and post-test analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science)
  • 2+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
  • Experience working in a test environment, lab and or flight test
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time as required
