- Support performance analysis and develop program improvement recommendations
- Apply critical and strategic thinking to enhance program effectiveness
- Identify business specific learning objectives across all Business Units
- Apply project management principles to define project scope and support implementation plan
- Support curriculum design and development, review course content and instructional materials
- Perform as an instructor utilizing strong presentation skills
- Facilitate change management initiatives

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in adult learning, design and development
- 5+ years in employee learning and development or leadership development roles
- 5+ years in production or a production learning environment
- 5+ years of experience with projects using critical thinking, problem solving, innovation and continuous improvement methodologies
