About the role
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects
- Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management
- Collaborates with architects, process owners, subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality data designs
- Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in ERP data architecture and implementation
- Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership
- Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G
- Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 Hana
