Supply Chain

• Serve as the single-point SME for supply chain integrity, compliance and procedure alignment during ERP design, build, test, and cutover.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess alignment with S/4HANA functionality.
• Translate FAR/DFARS, export control, trade compliance, and applicable government contract clauses into system requirements, business processes, and test criteria.
• Collaborate with Change Management team on author, review and approve supply chain procedures (PRO) and work instructions to align with the ERP configuration and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Leads and SAP configuration experts to define detailed business requirements and ensure fields, workflows, approvals, data retention, and audit trails meet compliance requirements.
• Define and own test cases/acceptance criteria for compliance-related scenarios (e.g., DPAS rating, export classification, DFARS cyber requirements, contract flow-down).
• Be the escalation point for regulatory and contract questions affecting ERP design decisions; coordinate with Legal, Export Compliance, Contracts, Security, and Audit.
• Support training and change management for supply chain personnel on compliant processes and system usage.
