About the role
- Administers the Mechanical and Structural Talent Engagement Program (MSTEP)
- Provides support to engineering senior manager in skill development strategy
- Partners with Engineering leaders to develop, manage and leverage MSTEP
- Supports MSTEP participants in their 2-year journey through the program
- Executes MSTEP strategy, communications, and all deliverables associated
- Develops reports, presentations and communications for senior and executive leadership
- Plans and executes large events
- Serves as primary point of contact for MSTEP participants and partners
- Defines & deploys skill development scope and recommends deliverables for training & development
- Develops university student engagement opportunities to attract new talent.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 10 years related work experience
- Willingness to work travel domestically up to 10% of the time
- Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities
- Experience coaching, mentoring and providing developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance within their organization.
