About the role
- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet the program requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, IT, Marketing, and other cross-functional organizations to design options, processes, policies and guidelines
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives to lead the planning, development, and execution of the program
- Monitor budget, track spend, and provide reporting on program effectiveness and impact
- Ensure the program reflects company values
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in employee engagement, program development or leading cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistic elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements are met
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic and passionate leader for employee experience
- Proficiency with project management tools
