Works with site maintenance personnel to analyze equipment issues, minimize repetitive downtime and improve availability
Supports production readiness of critical equipment and strategic replacements
Evaluates spare parts needs for production equipment and recommends stock levels
Provides input for preventative maintenance plans
Assists with the development of basic equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System
Compiles and analyzes technical data for equipment and tooling
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems, tooling concepts, and manufacturing processes
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort learning shop-floor software
Ability to work on a team, follow direction, and communicate technical information clearly
3+ years’ related work experience designing or supporting production equipment, tooling, or maintenance engineering
Experience developing equipment/tooling concepts, workarounds, and configuration management of hardware/software
