Leads planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of workforce strategies across multiple business units to ensure consistent implementation of workforce management and development practices
Implements and manages a PSE employee rotation program
Facilitates management of the PSE Technical Fellowship Talent Review process
Supports the management of PSE training requirements, including development and procurement as necessary
Leads the development and execution of PSE skill health assessment efforts
Establishes an operational rhythm for resource forecasting and staffing, ensures planning is complete, and maintains a sourcing strategy for Boeing employees, contract labor, and purchased services
Builds relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promotes ideas with enthusiasm, conviction, and assertiveness
Facilitates recurring meetings, technical exchanges, and reviews
Communicates plans and strategies with senior/executive leadership
Drives results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analytics
Requirements
Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
6+ years of experience planning, managing, and executing projects
5+ years of experience leading workshops and working sessions
Experience utilizing scheduling tools (i.e. OPP, MS Project, Primavera, or Artemis, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing and presenting to executives
