About the role
- Collaborate with teams to develop, analyze, manage, and verify compliance of process and product baselines
- Define, plan, coordinate, and conduct product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits
- Analyze complex product trades and changes, developing technically complete change proposals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards
- Define and allocate Configuration and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
- Typically 5 or more years' related work experience for Experienced level or 9 or more years' for Lead level
- Experience substantiating product compliance with performance and functional (FCA) requirements
- Experience building, assessing, and auditing ADAB (As Designed As Built) configuration
- Familiarity and experience industry standard EIA-649
- Experience conducting supplier audits, assessing supplier quality systems, and driving corrective actions
