About the role
- Provide daily support to the BGS HR Operations team to align, connect, and coordinate business and HR activities
- Support and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, talent management, etc.)
- Utilize dashboards and metrics to analyze data, support business needs, and inform decision-making processes
- Communicate effectively with HR peers and leaders regarding HR actions, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure HR solutions are consistent with organizational objectives and goals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive the implementation of HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 1+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- 1+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across functions
- Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
