About the role
- Lead the design and development of technical learning solutions for aircrew training
- Assess complex aircrew learning objectives and provide recommendations on course structure
- Develop and maintain comprehensive learning solutions for aircrew training requirements
- Instruct complex training courses and employ innovative teaching techniques
- Plan, develop, and conduct rigorous testing of training devices
- Evaluate aircrew training effectiveness through data analysis and customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Extensive operational experience in 4th and/or 5th generation aircraft within the last 5 years
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective aircrew training programs
- Strong understanding of current aviation and weapons systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong awareness of safety standards and practices
