Plan, develop, and conduct rigorous testing of training devices
Evaluate aircrew training effectiveness through data analysis and customer feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Extensive operational experience in 4th and/or 5th generation aircraft within the last 5 years
Proven ability to design and deliver effective aircrew training programs
Strong understanding of current aviation and weapons systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong awareness of safety standards and practices
