About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via email and social media
- Community management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Support planning of posts
- Collaborate in marketing and campaign management
- Optional: content creation, SEO analyses, AI-generated content, image editing
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a relevant degree program
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Interest in nutrition, health and lifestyle
- Empathy, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Ideally, experience with social media and customer support
