About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Plant Director, you oversee all operations of the Voreppe site in close coordination with divisional management.
- You are responsible for the site’s industrial, financial and human performance while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- By optimizing processes, leading teams and controlling budgets, you directly contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing an industrial site or a service specialized in heat and thermochemical treatment
- Strong skills in financial management and performance control, particularly through LEAN management
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to unite and motivate teams
- Knowledge of quality standards and HSE requirements
- Professional proficiency in English
