About the role
- Active acquisition and support of customers in the beverage, food or non-food sectors within the DACH region
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to open new markets and expand business
- Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities and customer needs
- Close cooperation with the engineering and production departments to ensure customer-specific solutions
- Representing the company at trade fairs and regular on-site customer visits
- Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in sales – ideally in the packaging, food or non-food industry
- Very good German and English skills; Ukrainian or Polish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a focus on closing deals
- Structured, independent working style and high willingness to travel
