Requirements

What you’ll need

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles
Confidently handle brakes, suspension, tires, scheduled maintenance, engines, transmissions, and complex repair work
Use company-provided diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and software to accurately diagnose and service vehicles (Autel and Snap-On equipment provided)
Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections on a company-provided iPad at every visit
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to support accurate estimates and repair recommendations
Work within TekMetric to document findings and recommendations
Support and lead less-experienced technicians by setting a strong example
Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
Follow all safety procedures and properly use company-provided safety equipment
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area
Adapt to change with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commit to continuous learning and professional growth
