About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic guidance on the application of AI across frontier scientific domains
- Advise on technical direction, feasibility, and prioritization of research initiatives
- Offer insights into emerging trends, funding landscapes, and innovation ecosystems
- Facilitate introductions to relevant academic, industry, and government networks
- Participate in periodic advisory calls and occasional deep-dive sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep domain expertise with a practical understanding of AI’s capabilities and limitations
- Senior academics (tenured professors, lab directors, national lab fellows) with a strong record of translational or commercially relevant research
- Industry executives or former C-suite leaders with experience scaling deep-tech ventures or deploying advanced technologies in regulated environments
- Scientists, technologists, or advisors with exposure to government, DoD, or DARPA-funded research ecosystems
