About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate materials and logistics for governance forums and regulatory meetings
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of the Enterprise Wholesale Credit Risk Committee
  • Manage the full lifecycle of committee preparation and follow-up
  • Build agendas with stakeholders; coordinate, review, and distribute decision-ready materials
  • Maintain action/decision logs; track to closure; escalate delays or risks
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all committees
  • Partner across Credit, Risk Appetite, Portfolio Management, Reporting, Policy, and Regulatory teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related) or equivalent experience
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in risk management, credit risk, governance, or financial services
  • Experience supporting senior/executive committees and regulatory forums
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Working knowledge of credit risk and regulatory/governance environments
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
