About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of relationship managers in the Emerging Middle Market Group.
  • Responsible for growth in market share within the area of responsibility.
  • Actively recruit, develop, and coach the team around managing critical middle market relationships.
  • Facilitate growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships.
  • Maintain significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
  • Lead structuring of high-value, complex deals, and credit approvals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, CPA certification preferred; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
  • Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
  • If a Credit Qualifiable role, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards.
  • Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.
