About the role

  • Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions
  • Makes credit decisions in compliance with bank policies
  • Performs financial analysis and calculations
  • Assesses client creditworthiness and prepares credit summaries
  • Utilizes financial models to recommend loan structures
  • Supports credit-granting decisions and portfolio monitoring
  • Identifies risks and opportunities for clients
  • Negotiates loan terms and structures for client requirements
  • Builds and maintains client relationships

Requirements

  • Preferred 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
  • Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency: Problem Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Analytical Thinking, Loan Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Banking Operations, Microsoft Office
  • Advanced level of proficiency: Data analysis tools, Financial analysis
