About the role
- Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions
- Makes credit decisions in compliance with bank policies
- Performs financial analysis and calculations
- Assesses client creditworthiness and prepares credit summaries
- Utilizes financial models to recommend loan structures
- Supports credit-granting decisions and portfolio monitoring
- Identifies risks and opportunities for clients
- Negotiates loan terms and structures for client requirements
- Builds and maintains client relationships
Requirements
- Preferred 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
- Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency: Problem Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Analytical Thinking, Loan Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Banking Operations, Microsoft Office
- Advanced level of proficiency: Data analysis tools, Financial analysis
