- Excels in building relationships and driving results
- Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
- Provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects
- Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals
- Creates innovative business development strategies to grow the business in collaboration with other partners
- Develops, maintains, and executes a business plan to achieve client retention objectives
- Breaks down strategic problems, analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
- Leads or participates in defining the communication plan to influence or change behavior
- May consult to or serve on various committees and task forces
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid knowledge of Lean process improvement methodology
- Familiar with established process analysis and improvement tools
- Solid knowledge of testing strategies, test plans, and execution
- Solid understanding of the business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of the business unit’s transaction fulfillment procedures
- Solid knowledge of process and/or project management
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
