Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
Provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects
Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals
Creates innovative business development strategies to grow the business in collaboration with other partners
Develops, maintains, and executes a business plan to achieve client retention objectives
Breaks down strategic problems, analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
Leads or participates in defining the communication plan to influence or change behavior
May consult to or serve on various committees and task forces

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
Solid knowledge of Lean process improvement methodology
Familiar with established process analysis and improvement tools
Solid knowledge of testing strategies, test plans, and execution
Solid understanding of the business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements
Strong knowledge of the business unit’s transaction fulfillment procedures
Solid knowledge of process and/or project management
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
