Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous Banking experience is an asset.
  • For Credit Qualifiable roles: must meet required credit qualifications, including relevant portfolio knowledge and skills per established standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Equivalent experience or related disciplines considered.
  • Technical proficiency developed through education and/or professional experience.
  • Intermediate Proficiency: Problem solving, collaboration, and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and credit risk assessment.
  • Loan structuring, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Banking operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Proficiency: Data analysis tools, Financial analysis.
