About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitors, restores service, and handles day-to-day activities required to run mission critical systems
- Provides Help/Service Desk support
- Engages with 3rd party providers during incidents
- Participates in testing cycles to ensure operability of infrastructure and applications
- Deploys automated code to production
- Provides end to end technology support including computer, applications, network, and storage
- Identifies opportunities to strengthen operational capability
- Supports deployment activities and manages implementation issues to resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or related fields
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows
- Understanding of Information Technology operating processes for systems
- Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth
