About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners
  • Owns and follows up on complex files
  • Understands customer needs and delivers tailored wealth and investment-related solutions
  • Manages transactional outcomes and escalates unresolved situations as needed
  • Reviews and processes documentation during Partner and customer interactions
  • Maintains current knowledge of investment markets and integrates insights into customer conversations
  • Incorporates relevant marketing programs and promotions into customer interactions
  • Adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services
  • Understanding of competitive market trends and product offerings
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) preferred
  • Strong collaboration and team skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
