Investment Specialist – Bilingual in French and English
BMO U.S.Investment Specialist supporting inbound calls at the BMO Investment Centre. Focusing on delivering investment advice and building customer relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily support customers in the inbound call queue at the BMO Investment Centre
- Invoke trust and build meaningful customer relationships
- Deliver an amazing customer experience, regardless of obstacles
- Become an expert in understanding customer needs and providing wealth and investment-related sales and services
- Support customers through onboarding new accounts, Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions, reviewing customer goals and objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) course
- Good knowledge and understanding of the competitive marketplace trends and product offerings
- Some knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills
- Bilingualism is a strong asset, French and English. Bilingualism English and Cantonese or Mandarin will be considered an asset as well.
