About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support U.S. Banking operations through data-driven reporting and analysis
- Partner closely with business leaders and external vendors
- Develop reports and dashboards that highlight risks and recurring issues
- Provides oversight, governance, and monitoring of operations
- Develops and implements an integrated roadmap for quality practices
- Provides technical support, mentoring, coaching, and training to team members
- Coordinates and executes activities for strategic initiatives
- Supports change management and documents operational procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Excel, SharePoint, Power BI skills
- Comfort using AI tools for data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaboration and team skills
- Influence skills
