About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides superior level of customer service and portfolio management in lending services
- Assists in preparing new business proposals or presentations to clients/prospects
- Performs client sales & service support activities to meet client needs
- Determines client needs and ensures timely and accurate transaction processing
- Provides after sales support and handles exceptions tactfully, accurately and efficiently
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
- Executes setup, maintenance, and advancement of lending products and account administration
- Maintains control of security collateral including preparation and registration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit
- Working knowledge of lending processes and supporting policies
- Verbal & written communication skills - Good
- Organization skills - Good
- Collaboration & team skills - Good
- Analytical and problem solving skills - Good
