Responsible for the design, implementation and management of Microsoft based server, endpoint, virtualized infrastructure, cloud and enterprise applications
Investigates new technologies and methodologies and is responsible for their introduction into existing standards
Resolves Level 2 system problems either independently or by coordinating resolution with software vendors and hardware manufacturers
Designs and reviews deployment architecture for medium and complex development projects
Applies in-depth experience with components of on-premises and cloud infrastructure
Plans, acquires, and coordinates the installation of infrastructure devices across the enterprise
Acts as the primary technical liaison between Infrastructure and other IT teams, vendors, and partners
Oversees the implementation of security measures to protect systems and data
Designs, builds, deploys, evaluates and maintains existing and future enterprise IT infrastructure
Provides direct technical guidance and support to the team and other departments
Identifies opportunities to streamline infrastructure management processes

Requirements

Strong technical experience (7+ years) with Microsoft 365, Azure, EntraID, Collaboration Services and Infrastructure Compute Engineering
Strong technical proficiency with Windows server & endpoint operating systems and infrastructure management solutions
M365 (Group policy & Powershell), Active Directory as well as server/desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, AWS workspaces, Vmware, Azure virtual desktops)
Experience with designing and maintaining various identity solutions (Ping Identity, Azure SSO) and MFA
Strong technical experience with designing, building and managing endpoint infrastructure solutions supporting Windows, MacOS & IOS devices
Strong track-record of exemplifying customer service excellence and accountability/ownership for the total customer experience while influencing others to raise their level of customer service
Strong experience with infrastructure security practices and technologies
