About the role

  • Responsible for end‑to‑end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
  • Partners cross‑functionally with sales, risk, technology, and vendors
  • Delivers data‑driven insights, business cases, and strategic roadmaps
  • Manages operational execution, change management, and complex escalations
  • Researches, defines, aligns, develops, and implements sales and marketing strategies
  • Carries out market research, forecasting, pricing, and competitive analysis
  • Monitors product and system performance, and assesses problems to develop solutions
  • Collaborates with internal partners across the enterprise to take products to market
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience with consumer / commercial credit
  • Strong experience working with retail and business product fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge of product delivery infrastructure systems
  • In-depth risk management associated with new and existing product development
  • Strong knowledge of banking product management and associated industry and regulatory requirements
